How orders are dispatched, what delivery costs, and how to send something back.

Dispatch

Orders placed before the cutoff on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after it, or at weekends, go out on the next working day. You will receive an email with tracking the moment the parcel leaves.

Delivery options

Standard delivery is free on orders over a set amount and a flat rate below it. An express option is offered at checkout for items in stock. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start from dispatch, not from the order.

International

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Duties and taxes for orders outside the home country are the customer's responsibility unless the checkout says otherwise.

Returns

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Start a return from your account or by contacting us with the order number. Return postage is covered for faulty or incorrect items; otherwise the cost of return postage is deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving with us. If an item arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and include a photo so we can put it right quickly.
